The OPTICEPT® S7 PEF system consists of a PEF generator and a conveyor belt system with a built-in PEF chamber.

The Dual Conveyor Belt System is hygienically designed and focused on robust construction, cleanability, and high efficiency. Externally returning top & bottom belts drive efficiency while maximizing hygiene and minimizing belt wear. The lift system separates the top belt from the system for unrivaled cleanability.
The outside belt returns allow for mid-production belt cleaning, improving hygiene, and minimizing belt wear. The jacks lift the treatment chamber and belts out of the chamber, making hard-to-reach areas easily accessible and cleanable. Optional CIP systems further help maximize hygiene.
Easy-change electrodes, externally returning Intralox belting, external motors, and minimal complex construction, reduce maintenance and downtime.
The PEF generator is food-grade compliant with the enclosure designed in stainless steel. All control and safety devices and sensors for pressure, temperature, flow, and conductivity are included.
