The OPTICEPT® L7 HC is a PEF system specifically designed for larger production lines. OPTICEPT® LO7 HC è un sistema PEF specificamente progettato per linee di produzione di olio d'oliva di grandi dimensioni.
The system consists of the latest powerful PEF generator – CEPT® v7 supervised by a PLC system and the booster unit module with all control and safety devices mounted on it including pressure and temperature sensors as well as flowmeter and conductivity indicators. The PEF generator module is cooled by an external chiller delivered with the L7 HC.
Il sistema di pretrattamento completamente automatizzato è gestito tramite un sistema PLC basato su Siemens che registra i dati sensoriali e altre informazioni importanti sul trattamento.
Il sistema è predisposto per segnali di avvio/arresto basati sul cliente o per un’integrazione completa nel sistema PLC principale. Si tratta infatti di un’applicazione molto facile da usare, con un’HMI intelligente in grado di gestire ricette preimpostate adattate alla specifica applicazione.

The OPTICEPT® L7 is a complete system of modular design, built in a stainless steel frame with product-wetted parts in a hygienic design all with food-grade components.

The OPTICEPT® L6 consists of one CEPT® v6 PEF generator and one booster unit cabinet with a mounted booster unit. Before and after the booster unit, are sensors mounted for pressure and temperature logging.
Questo fornisce informazioni preziose per il processo di pretrattamento e aggiunge sicurezza registrando la caduta di pressione attraverso il restringimento rappresentato dall’unità booster. I sensori consentono il funzionamento solo quando è presente un flusso nel sistema.
