The OPTICEPT® LJ7 HC is a PEF system specifically designed for larger production lines. L'OPTICEPT® LO7 HC est un système PEF spécialement conçu pour les grandes lignes de production d'huile d'olive.
The system consists of the latest powerful PEF generator – CEPT® v7 supervised by a PLC system and the booster unit module with all control and safety devices mounted on it, including pressure and temperature sensors as well as flowmeter and conductivity indicators. The PEF generator module is cooled by an external chiller delivered with the LJ7 HC.
Le système de prétraitement entièrement automatisé est exploité via un système PLC basé sur Siemens qui enregistre les données sensorielles et d'autres informations importantes sur le traitement.
Le système est préparé pour des signaux de démarrage/arrêt définis par le client ou pour une intégration complète dans le système PLC principal. Il s’agit en effet d’une application très conviviale, avec une IHM intelligente capable de gérer des recettes préprogrammées adaptées à l’application spécifique.

The treatment is continuous and easy to retrofit into existing extraction lines. The OptiCEPT® system is scalable, where an increased number of units will multiply the flow rate by the same number. The OptiCEPT® LJ7 consists of a CEPT v7 PEF high-voltage generator and a cabinet with an optimized booster step. The equipment continuously monitors and logs pressure and temperature before and after the treatment, as well as the product flow.
These sensors provide valuable information about the treatment process and allow complete quality assurance and process safety. With the flow sensor, the treatment is only enabled when there is an actual and enough flow through the system.
Simply feeding the product by a positive pump and controlling the flow by a magnetic flowmeter, and only by an electricity connection, OptiCEPT® LJ7 can easily be implemented in existing extraction lines.
Lastly, the system is operated via a Siemens-based PLC system, which is prepared for customer-based digital start/stop signals or complete integration to end users´ PLC systems.

The OPTICEPT® LJ6 consists of one CEPT® v6 PEF generator and one booster unit cabinet with a mounted booster unit. Before and after the booster unit, are sensors mounted for pressure and temperature logging.

The OPTICEPT® LJ PEF system is installed and retrofitted into the existing production line. The installation is easily made between a crusher and extraction equipment, such as a decanter or press.
The system has a very small footprint and fits into most processing lines.
