The OPTICEPT® L7 is a state-of-the-art PEF system specifically designed for the liquid food processing industry and brings distinct advantages to this sector.
The OptiCEPT® L7 system enables increased extraction, improved efficiency, maximum performance, and superior quality of liquid products. The PEF (pulsed electric field) system integrates into the existing processing line and is designed to manage multiple capacities.
The fully automated pre-treatment system is operated via a Siemens-based PLC system that logs sensory data and other relevant information. All systems are connected to the internet for remote support and data management.
An intelligent and user-friendly HMI can handle pre-programmed recipes tailored to fit the specific application. The system is prepared for customer-based start/ stop signals or complete integration into the parent PLC system.
Currently, OptiCept offers tailored solutions within olive oil (The OptiCEPT LO7), and juice (LJ7), for other liquid foods, we offer the L7 model.

The OptiCEPT® S7 series is a state-of-the-art PEF system developed by FPS Food Process Solutions in collaboration with OptiCept Technologies. It is specifically designed for the solid food processing industry and brings distinct advantages to this sector.
The OptiCEPT® S7 system consists of a PEF generator and a conveyor belt system with a built-in PEF chamber.
The PEF generator is food-grade compliant with the enclosure designed in stainless steel. All control and safety devices are included, as well as sensors for pressure, temperature, flow, and conductivity.
The Dual Conveyor Belt System is hygienically designed and focused on robust construction, cleanability, and high efficiency.
Currently, OptiCept offers tailored solutions within potato processing (The OptiCEPT SP7), and dried fruits and vegetables (SD7), for other solid foods, we offer the S7 model.
